Directions
- MIX ground chicken, eggs, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, and ricotta.
- FORM mixture into balls, stuffing each with a mozzarella cube.
- ADD to an oven-safe skillet and BAKE meatballs at 350-degrees for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
- TOP with Parmesan, olive oil, and cracked black pepper.
