Directions
- In a large bowl, thoroughly COMBINE the eggs, ground turkey, parsley, onion, heavy cream, and spices.
- DIVIDE the turkey mixture into 12 evenly sized patties and REFRIGERATE for 15 minutes.
- HEAT a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. ADD olive oil and butter to skillet and SWIRL to coat the pan.
- PLACE the patties in the skillet and COOK for 5 minutes. FLIP and COOK the other side for about 5 more minutes or until the internal temperature of the turkey burger reaches 165° F.
- TOP with cheese and COVER to melt.
- ASSEMBLE burger on the slider buns and SERVE warm with condiments of your liking.
