Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 400° F.
- CRACK open the eggs, adding the egg whites to a large bowl and setting the yolks (make sure it stays intact) aside in a small dish.
- Using an electric beater, WHIP egg whites until they form a stiff peak. This will take about 4-5 minutes. Next, ADD the cornstarch, garlic powder, and onion powder and BEAT until incorporated.
- ADD the whipped egg whites to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smoothing into an even circle. BAKE in the oven for 15 minutes.
- REMOVE bread from the oven and ADD the pizza sauce, egg yolks, mozzarella cheese, and additional toppings, as desired.
- BAKE for another 7 minutes. REMOVE, SLICE, and ENJOY!
