Cloud Bread Pizza

Ingredients

large eggs, separating the whites and yolks (reserving both)

cornstarch
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
pizza sauce
1/2 cup
mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
pepperoni (optional)
grated parmesan cheese (optional)
arugula lettuce (optional)
handful

 

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400° F.
  2. CRACK open the eggs, adding the egg whites to a large bowl and setting the yolks (make sure it stays intact) aside in a small dish.
  3. Using an electric beater, WHIP egg whites until they form a stiff peak. This will take about 4-5 minutes. Next, ADD the cornstarch, garlic powder, and onion powder and BEAT until incorporated.
  4. ADD the whipped egg whites to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smoothing into an even circle. BAKE in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. REMOVE bread from the oven and ADD the pizza sauce, egg yolks, mozzarella cheese, and additional toppings, as desired.
  6. BAKE for another 7 minutes. REMOVE, SLICE, and ENJOY!
