Directions
- GRILL or GRIDDLE burgers until desired doneness.
- One minute before each burger is done, BEAT an egg onto the surface of a lightly oiled nonstick 12- to 14-inch sauté pan or large griddle, quickly TILT pan around to SPREAD egg out to coat entire bottom of pan.
- COOK until lightly brown on pan side and cooked through.
- ADD burger to center of pan. FOLD egg over in five folds to encase burger.
- Gently FLIP burger and PRESS firmly to seal closed.
- TRANSFER to tray layered with sliced tomatoes. PLACE each egg-wrapped burger on top of a tomato slice. SET ASIDE until ready to assemble.
- To assemble, GRILL or TOAST buns. SLATHER with mayonnaise and ketchup.

LAYER lettuce leaf on bottom of bun, TOP with tomato and egg-wrapped burger. Then ADD one slice cheese and two slices bacon. TOP with bun.
