Directions
- TURN a 7” waffle iron on and SPRAY with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, WHISK egg, cheese, flour, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and salt. SPOON the batter into a waffle iron and COOK 5 minutes, until golden.

TOP with additional mozzarella cheese, if desired, and your favorite vegetable toppings. SERVE.
