Ingredients

large egg

mozzarella cheese, shredded plus more to serve, if desired
½ cup
almond flour
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
½ tsp
dried oregano
½ tsp
dried parsley
½ tsp
salt
1/8 tsp

 

Directions

  1. TURN a 7” waffle iron on and SPRAY with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, WHISK egg, cheese, flour, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and salt. SPOON the batter into a waffle iron and COOK 5 minutes, until golden.
  3. TOP with additional mozzarella cheese, if desired, and your favorite vegetable toppings. SERVE.
