Directions
- In a bowl, COMBINE the eggs, green onion, carrot, green cabbage, salt, and pepper. Gently MASSAGE the ingredients together with your hands and SET aside.
- SPREAD ½ Tbsp butter on one side of both bread slices and PUT them in the toaster for a few minutes. If you don’t have a toaster, you can use a pan on medium-low heat with the butter side down first, then FLIP over when both sides are browned.
- PUT the American cheese slice on the bread as soon as it’s done so it can melt slightly. SET aside.
- ADD 1 Tbsp butter to a pan on medium-low heat, then ADD the egg mixture. FORM a square shape, the same size as the bread.
- FLIP over when the bottom of the mixture is lightly browned and CONTINUE cooking for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
- PLACE on top of the toasted bread and cheese.
- ADD ketchup, kewpie mayo, and Tabasco.
- SPRINKLE sugar on top.
- CUT in half and ENJOY!
