Kimchi, chopped (plus 1 Tablespoon kimchi juice)

Avocado oil

Directions

  1. COOK ramen (minus the seasoning packet) according to packet instructions. DRAIN.
  2. STIR the chopped kimchi and juice, plus avocado oil into the ramen until well-combined.
  3. COOK frozen wontons according to packet instructions.
  4. SERVE the spiced ramen with cooked wontons, steamed greens, and a soft-boiled egg.
