Directions
- SEASON steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- PAN SEAR steaks for about 5 minutes on each side until desired internal temperature is reached.
- REMOVE steaks and LET THEM REST while beginning on fried rice.
- ADD olive oil to a pan and let it get hot.
- ADD in cooked rice and butter until butter is melted.
- ADD in peas, carrots, onion, and eggs, and COOK together until eggs reach 160⁰ F.
- ADD in soy sauce, salt, and garlic powder to the pan and COOK together for about 1 minute.
- SLICE steak and SERVE on top of the rice.
