Directions
- ADD flour and melted butter into a large bowl.
- CRACK two eggs and ADD into flour mixture, whisking with a hand mixer.
- Then, ADD brown sugar, apples, and milk. MIX well.
- ADD baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg, whisking until well combined.
- DISTRIBUTE the muffin mixture evenly into a 12-cup non-stick muffin pan.
- BAKE for 30 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- SPRINKLE cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of baked muffins and SERVE warm!
