cornichon Pickles, sliced into rounds |

Directions
- HARD BOIL the eggs. SLICE the eggs in half.
- SCOOP out the yolk from each egg and PUT it in a bowl. MIX with mayo, salt, and pepper.
- SPOON the egg mixture back into one half of the egg white.
- TOP the egg half with the 1″ slice of cooked bacon, slice of lettuce, sliced tomato, and then COVER with the other half of the egg.
- ADD sliced cornichons to the toothpick and then INSERT in egg to hold the BLT Egglet together.
- GARNISH the BLT Egglet with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
