Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350⁰F
- WHISK together the six eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, a pinch of Italian seasoning, parsley (optional), chili flakes (optional), and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- FRY turkey sausage crumbles until cooked through
- COOK shredded hash browns to package instructions. You can also use regular hash browns and break them up.
- Once the egg mixture has cooked for 10 minutes, REMOVE from oven, ADD hash browns and sausage, then SPRINKLE with remaining cheese.
- COOL for 5 minutes before serving. CUT into wedges and ENJOY!
