Custard Yogurt Toast

Ingredients

Egg

Greek yogurt
3 tbsp
Maple syrup
3 tbsp
Soft sandwich bread
4 slices
Fresh mixed berries
1 cup

 

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350° F. LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. WHISK together egg, yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Using the back of a spoon, gently PRESS the center of the bread towards the crust to make a hollow. SPOON egg mixture into the bread’s hollows and TOP with berries.
  4. BAKE for 12-14 minutes. LET COOL for 5 minutes. ENJOY.
