Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350° F. LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- WHISK together egg, yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Using the back of a spoon, gently PRESS the center of the bread towards the crust to make a hollow. SPOON egg mixture into the bread’s hollows and TOP with berries.
- BAKE for 12-14 minutes. LET COOL for 5 minutes. ENJOY.
