Directions
- FILL 1/3 of a saucepot full of water and BRING to a boil. ADD the baking soda and eggs, allowing them to boil for ~13-15 minutes. After that time, REMOVE the eggs and DROP them in an ice bath for 5 minutes (the baking powder and ice bath will make peeling the eggs significantly easier).
- PEEL the eggs and SLICE each in half lengthwise. SCOOP OUT the yolk and ADD to a bowl with the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, pickle juice, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- SCOOP the mixture into a plastic bag and CUT OFF a corner. SQUEEZE the yolk mixture into each boiled egg half and SPRINKLE with paprika.
- TOP with pulled pork, pickled cabbage, and chives. SERVE and ENJOY!
