Directions
- COOK bacon in the oven at 400⁰F until cooked through to desired texture.
- MAKE your egg mixture by adding one egg per person you are cooking for with your seasonings of choice and a dash of milk into a bowl. MIX well.
- ADD the mixture to a non-stick pan and SCRAMBLE your eggs. COOK together omelet-style.
- REMOVE eggs from the pan and CUT them into small bite-sized pieces.
- ADD egg and bacon to the skewer, alternating the bacon and the egg bites. SERVE warm.
