Egg Bite and Bacon Skewers

Ingredients

Bacon
5 strips
Large eggs
4
Your favorite seasonings
to taste
Milk
a dash

 

Directions

  1. COOK bacon in the oven at 400⁰F until cooked through to desired texture.
  2. MAKE your egg mixture by adding one egg per person you are cooking for with your seasonings of choice and a dash of milk into a bowl. MIX well.
  3. ADD the mixture to a non-stick pan and SCRAMBLE your eggs. COOK together omelet-style.
  4. REMOVE eggs from the pan and CUT them into small bite-sized pieces.
  5. ADD egg and bacon to the skewer, alternating the bacon and the egg bites. SERVE warm.
