Directions
- DICE the bell pepper.
- Finely CHOP the green onions and greens.
- CRACK eggs into a bowl.
- MIX all ingredients in a large bowl, then ADD the eggs. STIR to combine.
- SPRAY muffin tins with oil and POUR mixture into muffin tins.
- BAKE at 350° in the oven in a water bath for 22-25 minutes.
