Directions
- PREHEAT the oven to 350⁰F. LINE a sheet pan with parchment paper and LAY bacon on the pan. BAKE for 12 minutes.
- REMOVE from the oven and SPRINKLE with brown sugar. BAKE for 10-15 more minutes until crispy and caramelized.
- SEASON and MOLD beef into 4 burgers. GRILL until cooked through. TOP with cheddar cheese.
- STIR mayo and chili crunch together in a small bowl. SLICE and MASH avocado.
- CUT a hole in the top of each bun using a cup or a biscuit/cookie cutter. MELT butter on a griddle or large pan over medium heat. TOAST buns.
- CRACK an egg into a small bowl and POUR into the hole of the bun. SEASON with salt and pepper. COOK until the bun is toasted and the egg is cooked.
- ASSEMBLE the burger: SPREAD avocado on the bottom bun, then TOP with the burger, mayo, bacon, toasted bun center, and egg in a nest bun. ENJOY!!
