Feta Egg Tacos

Ingredients

Oil or butter
Feta
4-6 tbsp.
Large eggs
2
Tortillas
2
Toppings of choice, such as avocado, jalapeños, hot sauce, and more

 

Directions

  1. HEAT a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly COAT with butter or oil of choice.
  2. SPREAD out 2 piles of feta, about 2-3 Tbsp per pile.
  3. PLACE one cracked egg onto each area of feta.
  4. COVER with a lid and COOK to your liking.
  5. HEAT UP tortillas of choice and PLACE your cooked eggs on top.
  6. FINISH with desired toppings.
