Directions
- HEAT a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly COAT with butter or oil of choice.
- SPREAD out 2 piles of feta, about 2-3 Tbsp per pile.
- PLACE one cracked egg onto each area of feta.
- COVER with a lid and COOK to your liking.
- HEAT UP tortillas of choice and PLACE your cooked eggs on top.
- FINISH with desired toppings.
