Directions
- PREHEAT the air fryer to 370⁰F.
- Lightly OIL egg bite tray or ramekins.
- DICE meat into desired size.
- CRACK eggs into a large bowl and WHISK thoroughly.
- ADD in diced meat.
- SEASON as desired with salt and pepper.
- SPOON mixture into molds or ramekins.
- Carefully PLACE filled molds or ramekins into air fryer basket.
- COOK Egg Bites at 370⁰F for 12 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- SPRINKLE with furikake and ENJOY!
