Large pepperoni slices

Large eggs

Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups
Everything seasoning
to taste

 

Directions

  1. LAYER pepperoni slices in a muffin tin.
  2. ADD a cracked egg into each cup.
  3. TOP with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  4. SPRINKLE with everything seasoning.
  5. BAKE at 400°F for 15 minutes. SERVE warm.
