Directions
- GREASE a 9×13 baking dish. In the dish, MIX together eggs, bread, shredded cheese, sausage, milk, spinach, and bell peppers.
- COVER the dish with foil and LET SIT in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, PREHEAT the oven to 350 degrees F. Meanwhile, REMOVE the dish from the refrigerator and LET IT SIT on the counter. Once the oven is preheated, BAKE (uncovered) for 45-50 minutes.
- REMOVE from the oven, SLICE, and SERVE!
