Directions
- PREHEAT a cake ball pan.
- SIFT together the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, WHISK together the wet ingredients.
- ADD wet ingredients to dry ingredients and MIX well. Then, ADD chocolate chips.
- SPRAY the cake ball pan with non-stick spray if needed. SPOON about 1 tablespoon of the batter into each cake ball well (the amount may vary depending on the cake ball pan). BAKE for 2 minutes. REMOVE from heat and REPEAT with the remaining batter. This recipe makes approximately 40 pancake poppers.
