Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

large eggs

ground chicken
2 lb
garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp
paprika
1/2 Tbsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup
almond flour
1 cup

 

Directions

  1. WHISK two large eggs in a small bowl.
  2. In a larger bowl, COMBINE ground chicken, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. SCOOP two tablespoons of the ground chicken mixture and ROLL into individual nugget shapes.
  4. LINE on a baking sheet and REFRIGERATE for 30 minutes.
  5. COMBINE Parmesan cheese and almond flour in a bowl. COAT nuggets in the mixture and LINE on a baking sheet.
  6. PREHEAT oven to 400° F.
  7. BAKE chicken nuggets for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. SERVE warm and with dipping sauce of your choice.
