Directions
- WHISK two large eggs in a small bowl.
- In a larger bowl, COMBINE ground chicken, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- SCOOP two tablespoons of the ground chicken mixture and ROLL into individual nugget shapes.
- LINE on a baking sheet and REFRIGERATE for 30 minutes.
- COMBINE Parmesan cheese and almond flour in a bowl. COAT nuggets in the mixture and LINE on a baking sheet.
- PREHEAT oven to 400° F.
- BAKE chicken nuggets for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- SERVE warm and with dipping sauce of your choice.
