Directions
- FRY the egg in a pan on medium-high heat. SET to the side.
- SPREAD a thin layer of mayonnaise on the outside of 2 slices of bread.
- ASSEMBLE your sandwich, making sure to put a piece of cheese on first and last so everything melts together well. ADD your fried egg and any add-ins between the cheese.
- PUT the sandwich in the same pan you cooked your egg in and COOK for 1-2 minutes on each side until the middle is melty and the outsides are crispy. REMOVE and ENJOY!
